Obv/ M OΠEΛΛIOC ANTΩNEINOC K; bare head right

Rev/ MAPKIANOΠOΛEITΩN; Hermes standing left, holding purse and caduceus.

But thanks to Jochen this looks a better match:

Not Hermes with kerykeion but Dionysos with tyrsos holding wine grapes in extended r. hand!
